Planning Visit :
It is important that your soap machinery is installed in a suitable building, which has the following aspects :

• Correct Size
• Suitable Site Drainage
• Separate Process Areas
• Easy Traffic Flow
• Secure Storage Areas
• Electric Supply
• Finished Product Warehouse
• Water Supply

We prefer to visit your proposed production site, before shipping your machinery. The Planning Visit can take place when you order the machinery or after you have inspected it, immediately before it is shipped. Our intention is to help you prepare your factory for installation of the machinery, as soon as it arrives.

After the planning visit we prepare a machine installation plan, which includes diagrams of all piping and wiring. You receive three copies of these plans.

Plans instead of Tanks ?
Many of our customers prefer to make simple items such as tanks and towers themselves, rather than use their foreign currency to buy them. We will provide constructional plans for these items and inspect them for you, during our visits.

Installation Visit:
We will supervise installation and commissioning of your soap machinery, plus train your staff, if you wish. A large plant may need two visits by our Engineers, the first to lay out the machines and instruct plumbers, electricians etc. The second to test and commission the equipment, then train your staff.

Service Visits:
We also conduct service visits to your soap factory. During these visits routine maintenance and repairs can be undertaken. We will service any brand of soap machines and have a series of repairs or improvements available, particularly for older brands of soap machinery.
